Workout: Training Day 9 of 82
Run
Today’s easy run felt good…much better than yesterday’s long run. It was a fairly flat 3 mile run that took 28 minutes according to the distance marked on the trail – but my watch had it’s own opinion.

I know for a fact that the distance on the watch was about .5 miles behind the actual distance because this trail is marked every .25 miles and I had to run an extra .5 to get the watch to say 3 miles. I seriously need to figure out what setting is incorrect. Probably the distance between my strides??
Strength
I did a little Power Yoga for my strength training today and it was fabulous as usual.
The Rest of My Day…
I have no recipes or food related info for ya today because my camera was out of commission. However, I did do a lot of researching tonight on blog-related topics. I’ve found a bunch of cool tools that are available and hopefully within the next couple of weeks I will have a few new features to make recipes and workouts easier to find. I’ve also been going back and forth on when to switch to a self hosted site…I’m hitting the sack early tonight and promise to have a much more interesting post tomorrow. Toots!
